Carbsmart Mopani Worm Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 1-2

Mopani worms contain magnesium which helps with biochemical reactions as well as muscle and nerve function.

Because the worm is consumed whole with its skeleton, it is a good source of calcium, a nutrient that helps in the formation of strong bones and teeth as well as plays a role in nerve function

I would like to thank Reneilwe Keneilwe for this lovely recipe
