How to bake it

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ Tsp Baking powder
  • 3 Tbs Plain Yoghurt

Instructions

  • Burger Fillings: Add Banting Patty, Melted cheese, Tomato, Onion, Lettuce and Carbsmart Mayo and 1000 Islands
  • Split white and yolk from eggs.
  • Whisk egg white and baking powder till Fluffy.
  • Add plain yoghurt to yolk and mix.
  • Mix 2 mixtures together.
  • Place in oven for 20-25min on 300C.
  • Add Fillings of your choice and Carbsmart Mayo and 1000 Islands dressing.
