This preservative-free cloudy vinegar has been produced from locally-grown apples and contains ‘The Mother’. Because it is unfiltered, fermentation continues after bottling which could affect the colour of the vinegar. Great for everything from salad dressings to pickling, and fantastic in bone broths.
