Carol’s Spicey Banting Tuna Fishcakes

How to cook it

Ingredients

  • 3 Tins Drained tuna
  • 1 Large Red Onion
  • 1 Tbs Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tsp Xanthan gum
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 5ml Cajun Spice
  • 1 Extra Large Egg (beaten)
  • 2 Slices Banting Bread

Instructions

Chop & fry union in Coconut Oil.

Fry onion and let it cool.

Mix tuna with all other ingredients.

Add cooled onion and beaten egg.

Mix well.

Form into 6 large or 12 small patties.

Fry in coconut oil till cooked and golden brown.

Drizzel with Carbsmart Mayonnaise or Sweet Chilli.

Enjoy with fresh salad.
