Low Carb Chicken Casserole
How to cook it
- 8-12 pieces chicken Pieces ( Drum & thigh)
- 1 cup Carbsmart BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Carbsmart Mayo
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of butter
Lightly fry the Onions in Butter until soft.
Blend the the Carbsmart™ BBQ , Mayo & boiling water together.
Add the curry powder & onions.
Place the chicken in a casserole dish & pour over the CARBSMART casserole mixture.
Cover with foil( shiny side on the inside)
Cook for 40 Minutes at 180 c , then remove foil & cook for another 40 min open until golden brown & caramelized.
Serve with Caulimash or Low carb vegetables of your choice
