Carbsmart Mopani Worm Recipe

How to cook it
Ingredients
- 1 Packet of dried Mopani Worms
- 1Tbsp Carbsmart extra virgin oil
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- ½ tsp Himalayan salt
- Carbsmart Sriracha Mayo
- 5 Floret of Broccoli
- 1 Cauliflower
- 4 Strawberries, Slices
- 1 onion, chopped
Instructions
1. Soak the Mopani Worms in boiling water until they are soft and clean.
2. In a saucepan, heat Carbsmart oil and sauté the onion with Himalayan salt (pink salt) for 5 minutes
3. Add Tomatoes to the onion mix and cook for an additional 5 minutes
4. Add the mopani worms to the onions and tomato mix and cook until soft
5. Boil the Broccoli florets and cook until tender, 1-2 minutes.
6. Grate the cauliflower and sauté for 5-7 minutes
7. Serve with Carbsmart Sriracha Mayo and Strawberries slices
