Carbsmart Mopani Worm Recipe

PREP TIME: 10min

DID YOU KNOW Mopani worms contain magnesium which helps with biochemical reactions as well as muscle and nerve function. Because the worm is consumed whole with its skeleton, it is a good source of calcium, a nutrient that helps in the formation of strong bones and teeth as well as plays a role in nerve function I would like to thank Reneilwe Keneilwe for this lovely recipe
