  • Place chicken kebabs on a braai grid and position 10 cm above moderately hot coals

  • Pre-heat grill
  • Place kebabs on a rack over a roasting pan and position 15 cm below grill element
  • Grill for 15 – 20 minutes, turning occasionally and basting frequently with marinade
