Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:15am-4:30pm, but our online store is open for orders all day, everyday.
To order Carbsmart products online, you simply click “Shop Now” at the top of our website, alternatively you can also click (here) to go to our online shop.
After selecting the products you would like to order and adding them to your cart, please follow the following steps:
1. Fill in your billing details & delivery address.
2. Accept T&C.
3. Select “place order”.

We accept Visa and Mastercard transactions only. Unfortunately, we do not accept EFT’s or direct cash deposits or cash on delivery.
Unfortunately not, as Carbsmart uses a courier service that does not accept COD, all payments need to be made upon ordering online before your order can be shipped to you.
We deliver nationwide in South Africa to street addresses. PO Box addresses are not accepted by couriers. Please ensure you have put your delivery address in correctly to ensure an accurate delivery fee is calculated and our couriers know where to deliver your order.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the area of delivery, and are shown upon checkout.
Delivery tends to take 3-5 working days for main centre deliveries, and 3-6 days for regional and outlying area deliveries. With the current lockdown period in South Africa, courier companies are experiencing higher volumes of deliveries than usual, however we do endeavour to ensure orders are delivered on time. Please keep in mind that orders will only be dispatched during working hours once payment has been received.

Due to the nature of our products being food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please email us at orders@carbsmart.co.za with your order number and product details.
CARBSMART® prizes are delivered in SA only, winners are chosen via a random winner generation tool, and judges decision is final.
CARBSMART® competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
CARBSMART® reserves the right to request proof of identity, should we see fit, in order to confirm you as a winner.
Prizes are not transferrable.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the randomly selected winner via social media, if the winner cannot be contacted within 72hrs of notification, or are unable to comply with T&C’s stated here, we (CARBSMART®) reserve the right to pick a new winner.
Winners need to be prepared to have their names and submitted photos published on our social media pages.
