Braai Instructions

(15 – 20 min)

Place chicken kebabs on a braai grid and position 10 cm above moderately hot coals

Braai for approximately 15 – 20 minutes until cooked through, turning occasionally and basting frequently with marinade

Oven grill

(15 – 20 min)

Pre-heat grill

Place kebabs on a rack over a roasting pan and position 15 cm below grill element

Grill for 15 – 20 minutes, turning occasionally and basting frequently with marinade
