Smokey BBQ Sauce

Currently the only BBQ sauce which is Endorsed by the Diabetic association of South Africa

The salt substitute( which is a mineral supplement) has been added to reduce the total sodium. It is  also a requirement of DIABETES SA TO ALSO HAVE A REDUCED SODIUM INTAKE.

The xanthan gum – is a vegetable based, Gluten free thickener – LOW CARB – used instead of all the corn & wheat starchy thickeners.

Preservatives – 0.03 % – Minimum amount, just enough to ensure that you don’t get Salmonella or any other food nasty!
